Job Description
Execute vendor accounting towards achievement of financial
reporting and facilitate vendor payments.
Key Responsibility :-
Follow up for invoices from Vendors for Project Supplies & Logistics/
Freight, understands process flow as per contract and ensures
receipts of GI/GR, approval of bills from respective purchase/quality/ stores/logistics departments before booking.
Invoice Verification by taxes, advances, etc., correct documents
vetting & booking, Party Reconciliation payments processing
Controlling of costs summary (despatched) against budgeted
Issuance of H forms to vendors
Desired Profile
B.Com & CA.
Minimum 10 to maximum 15 years, should have worked on accounts payables at least for 5 years preferably of industrial vendors having good knowledge of Indirect Taxes & TDS, logistics, documentation for ;local & international purchases.
Experience :- 10 – 15 Years
