1. Understand and interpret requirement

specifications
2. Develop applications using RAD principles
3. Test, troubleshoot and deploy on multiple

environments/ platforms
4. Participate in design meetings

1. Solid programming skills in J2ME and Core

Java
2. Android SDK, RMS on JCreator, Eclipse IDEs,

Sun Beta WTK, hardware-level understanding
3. Web application development experience

involving ajax
