Job Description :
Sourcing and searching of H1B, GC’s, OPT and CPT visa Consultant resumes using various sources like Search Engines Job portals free sites referrals and Yahoo Groups.
Making Outbound Calls and screening them through telephone and conducting interviews.
Processing the transfer of potential consultants.
Updating and maintaining the database of consultants for future assistance.
Knowledge on LI, B1, H1 and F1 Visas, W2, Corp to Corp , Corp to Hire, Corp to Hire Independent, Third-party and Green card.
Negotiating the bill rates and salaries with the consultants review resumes screen and interview consultants for technical and functional job openings and refers qualified consultants to hiring managers for further interviews.
Should have had a successful track record in a similar assignment.
