Job Description :

* Client Relations you will work with a team of Doctors,

Nutritionists and other professionals. Your major responsibilities

includes:-
* Making calls to the customer, attending calls, taking

feedback from clients about our services and maintaining

database. • Handling efficiently EBPAX Board for al

incoming/outgoing calls.
* To make follow up action with all clients and update their

records accordingly.
* Welcoming walk-in clients and make their database.
* Explaining them about various ongoing programs.
* Collateral co-ordination with all departments.
* To update all the filing systems relating to accounts, client

registration, products, attendance, to coordinate with the billing

clerk and ensure efficient management of all filing systems.
