Job Description :

1. Level 2 technical support for resolving technical problems related to Linux, server operating systems (Windows 2003).
2. Knowledge of Managing and maintaining MS Windows Server 2003.

Desired :

1. BPO experience is must.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3. 1-2 years experience in software related customer service role – technical support
4. Proficiency in use of Linux for FTP and data automation.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows server 2003 and Microsoft Office
6. Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
