Job Description :

• Delivering on all facets of the Recruitment

Process

• Following the organizational process

meticulously and in an organized manner.

• Using traditional sourcing strategies through

“contracted” web portals

• Establishing relationships with potential

candidates.

• Build Networks to find qualified passive

candidates.

• Post Jobs on contracted “Web Portals”

• Mentoring the candidates through the vetting

and selection process

• Providing guidance to the candidates and

keeping them well informed of the process

• Hiring the best talent

• Execute Recruitment Plans

• Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews

• Conduct reference checks

• Administrative Duties,

• Records and Data Management

Desired :

1. Well organized, with an attention to detail.
2. Excellent computer skills:
3. MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point,
4. Oracle (not essential but would be an

advantage)
5. Good and accurate Typing speed of at least

40 wpm (10 finger typist). Less speed is

acceptable to about 30 wpm.
6. Willing to learn and adapt to the industry

and the office environment
