1. Day to day management of servers (must
have good working knowledge of linux/unix
environment)

7. server security knowledge, implementing
various security measures to ensure security and
prevent intrusion
8. resolve and manage technical support
tickets
9. take innovative approach towards future
R&D activities
10. implement and execute immediate
restoration plans in case of any type of server
failure or downtime
11. must have proficient English and be
comfortable providing live chat tech support to
clients
12. must have minimum 1-2 years experience
