1. Must have done 2 yrs Full time MBA
2. At least 1 year of experience in HR recruitment

and HR operations like payroll, employee separations,

performance management etc
3. Must be a go getter
4. Willingness to stretch beyond the normal working

hours
5. Expert in MS office
