Experience: 3.06 years – 5 years

Education: Graduate in Engineering / Post Graduates

Role Purpose: Participates in all stages of the SDLC

and is responsible for all assigned deliverables.

Responsible for component level requirements,

analysis, design, code and test using different

techniques, concepts and methods. Modifies complex

systems or develops new subsystems. May direct and

integrate work of developers.
Responsibility

Project Planning & Delivery
Understand and translate business requirements into

design.
Design, develop, code and test the work products

assigned based on requirement analysis and design

within the stipulated time.
Provide input to the Project Leader when creating the

project plan from a technical perspective.
Enhancing the Quality of the project
Create design documents – may include creation of

Proof of Concepts and prototypes
Prepare and review technical design, wherever

applicable
Conduct testing – Unit testing, assist in system testing,

set up environment and data, creation of test plan

documents
Participate in project status review meetings and

report status to the project leader.
Conduct peer reviews during design, coding and

testing
Follow quality assurance norms and guidelines.
Interface with quality reviewers and auditors for their

modules.
Drive SLA adherence within the team.

People Development
Identifies and assigns appropriate roles to team

members.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners

in the project team
Guide and mentor team members from a technical

perspective to ensure delivery of the module.
Review code produced by the developers.
Prepare guidelines and checklists for the team, track

issues to closure.
Complete mandatory training for self.
