Job description:

1. Analyze and understand the requirements

received
2. Source candidates from database or through job

portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks
3. Phone interview prospective candidates to

understand their reliability, personality and suitability
4. Regularly update the database

Desired :

1. Excellent experience (minimum 1+ year in US

Recruitment) in identifying potential candidates

through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting

and networks
2. Knowledge of US Tax terms and Visas
3. Excellent networking skills with a creativity to

tap the passive candidates
4. Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
5. Excellent verbal and written Communication

skills
6. Ability to adhere to guidelines & standards and

follow up on established processes and procedures

required
