Job Title : PHP Developer

Experience : 1 – 6 Years

Job Location : Chennai

Job Description :

1. Help in dividing the requirements in development

tasks and test tasks
2. Cost a development task
3. Create or update automated test
4. Implement the requirements by writing code for a

development task
5. Support technical analyst for the design of the

application and collaborate in design and technical

decisions
6. Conduct code reviews: review the code for name

correctness, code relevance, extensibility, minimum

code complexity, algorithmic complexity, secure

code.
7. Refactor code
8. Fix bugs
9. Help in the setup of the test and bug fix process
10. Implement the rollout of the solution
11. Setup and maintain common tools to

continuously automate and improve the software

development process
12. Write documentation after the implementation of

every development task following the documentation

guidelines
13. Reach operational excellence objectives (First

Time Right, On Time Delivery, Quality
14. Delivery and Accountability) by following best

practices as defined.

Desired :

1. Working Experience: min 3 Years in PHP

development
2. Knowledge: proven hands on experience on Zend

Framework
3. Languages: good knowledge of English,

knowledge of French or Dutch would be a plus
4. Team player
5. Good communication skills
