Job Description :

1. HCL Technologies Chennai looking for dynamic

IT recruiter who can do end to end recruitment

activities.
2. The position will be on Contract for the first 6

months.
3. Sourcing candidates as per requirement.
4. Sorting filtering and pre-screening candidate

profiles.
5. Initial short-listing of candidates by taking the

preliminary interview telephonic. Presenting suitable

candidates
6. Thorough follow up with candidates upon closure

of the position till the actual joining of the candidates.
7. Identifying and sourcing technical profiles from

various portals, Headhunting, and Networking.
8. Processing matching profiles after assessing the

interest levels of candidates and other factors like

salary bandwidth, technical expertise, joining time,

location preference etc.
9. Understanding requirements lying special focus

on Job Description & Specifications.
