Job Description :

1. Setting up the Human Resource Management

System •
2. Assess resource requirements, conduct

recruitment and facilitate post recruitment activities.
3. Conducting employee development and

engagement events and activities
4. Process rewards & recognition and employee

welfare activities
5. Assess training requirements, planning the

training & development courses and conduct T&D

program and maintain documentation
6. Formulating and implementing HR policies
7. Documenting HR processes
8. Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and

evaluation
9. Exit interview conduction and analysis for

organizational inputs

Desired :

1. Graduate with PG diploma in HR / MBA

Candidates having 1-4 yrs of relevant experience as

HR Executive(Training & Development).
2. Candidate should possess excellent

communication Skills.
3. Candidate should have ability to set “Training

Platform/Structure” across organization with focus on

“Employee Development”
4. Candidate will be responsible for Training &

Development, Strategic planning, Project consulting

across globally.
5. Should be open for travel.
