a Walk-In for Senior JAVA Professionals ( Technical

Lead / Project Lead ) on SATURDAY ( 14 November )

from 9am To 5pm, on the blow mentioned Venue.

Position: Technical Lead / Project Lead ( Java / J2ee )

Job Description :

1. Requirement Gathering & Client Interactions;

2. Analyzing the requirements and Trouble Shooting;

3. Application Program Designing & Development;

4. Technical Team Handling;

5. Review the Code, helping the Technical Team,

ensuring Project Objectives are met;

6. Project Resource and Resource Planning;

7. Defining and Implementing Software Development

Life Cycle;

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience in Java /

J2ee Technologies and should be Expertise in

Java / J2ee related Technologies.

2. High degree of competency in Object-Oriented

Design and Analysis.

3. Strong Communication Skills with Client interaction

experience.

4. Should be good in Struts, Spring, Hibernate and

WebServices.

5. Experience in using their strong Object Oriented

Design and Development Skills and strong

Analytical Skills as an Individual Contributor,

Architecting, Designing and Developing Java, J2EE

Applications.

6. Ability to multi-task and maintain Project schedules.

7. Should have experience in leading a team.

Interview Process:

1) Online Technical Test - Objective type consists of

50 Questions ( 30 Questions will be on Java &

J2ee Technologies and 20 Questions will be on

Database ).
