Job Description :

* This is an advanced level position in the HR

department of the organization.
* The individual is expected to play the role of a

HR representative of a group of people and implement

all the HR functions like recruitment, Training &

Development, Appraisals and other motivational

activities for their group of people.

Desired :

1. MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized university.

An additional degree or diploma in computer science

would be an added advantage.
2. 1 – 3 year’s in the similar function in a reputed

organization.
3. Basic knowledge of software development

process.
4. Basic knowledge of the various technical skills in

the IT industry.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and good

presentation skills.
7. Ability to implement the policies, procedures and

systems.
