Job Description :

1. Computation of product / factory wise material

consumption in quantity & value.
2. Analysis of the variances of actual raw / packing

material consumed against standard consumption.

Interaction with concerned factory person for the

variances & quarterly reporting to the management of

the material variances for all units.
3. Factory / product wise allocations of overhaeds &

their absorption by the product under reference.
4. Periodically visitng manufacturing units for

collection of costing related data.
5. Material cost controlling through Analysis of

variance in material quantity & value.
6. Preferably from Pharma company.
