Job DescriptionResponsible for full life-cycle

recruitment and placement for all verticals in IT.

*Headhunting and networking of candidates based on

priority technical positions at the clients.

*Understanding the client requirements thoroughly

then screening and short listing the candidatures in

accordance to the requirements.

*Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to

ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations

(based on work, position, salary and relocation etc).

*Rich experience for sourcing professionals in IT.

*Maintaining strong database on various skill sets.

*Extensive use of internet recruiting tools of various

job boards and sites like Monster, naukri to source

right professionals basedin India.

*Keeping track on the candidate for future reference.

*Close follow up on the resumes forwarded to clients

Desired Candidate Profile1 to 2 years of exp. in IT

recruitment . Candidate should be proficient in

screening , shortlisting , interacting , and closing IT

profiles

candidate should have strong communication skills in

English both written & spoken.
