Job Description :

* Handling end to end recruitment
* Vendor management
* Sourcing profiles from Job Portal, Network, Vendor

and internal reference
* Initial Validation, Interview scheduling – HR

discussion
* Salary negotiation
* Handling Campus recruitments
* Reporting and MIS up date on daily basis

Desired :

* Post graduation would be prefered
* Previous work experience in recruitments,

preferably in a consultancy
* Assertive and aggressive, ability to find and hire

talent for our varied clients
* Previous work exposure in BFSI and / or ITES
