Job Description :

* The primary responsibility would be configuring

the products / components to a specific client

problem and deploying the same
* Responsibilities could include to design, build

and deploy products / components and supporting

components / services
* Technologies used in development would be

Java, J2EE, struts, Flex etc.
* Other responsibilities would be working with the

team, as well as co-ordination / communication within

the team
* He/She should be a self-motivator capable of

keeping focus to find long and short-term solutions for

complex problems, with limited information and

challenging timelines

Desired :

* The candidate should possess strong analytical

skills
* At least 1-2 years working Java experience (1.4 or

greater)
* Modelling, analysis and design skills
* Experience dealing with HTTP, web frameworks

and web containers.
* Experience using a software development

processes/methodology
* Excellent communication and team skills
* An understanding of O/R mapping technologies /

relational DB technology would be useful
