Job Description :

* Responsible for talent acquisition right from

manpower request to closure
* Maintaining recruitment metrics and data
* Ensure the assessment of short and long-term

individual and organisational development needs
* Design, plan  a learning calender and implement

specific training and development programs to help

employees maintain or improve job skills (e.g.

leadership, project management, soft skills, IT and

technical knowledge)
* Implement and coordinate consistent, “state of the

art” local HR processes that ensure personnel

development, employee satisfaction, performance and

retention of the best people
* Develop and moderate trainings in certain areas
* Share best practices with global peers
* Play the role of a  consultant for providing

Pro-active  HR solutions to achieve business goals
* Familiarity in HR score card and metrics
* Negotiate contracts with training providers,

including desired training outcomes, fees and

expenses
* Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports

to justify expenditures.
* Specific Organisation development initiatives
* Handle end to end pre and post activities for HR

function

* Candidates from B-schools only
* Clarity in HR concepts
* Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning and

ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

independely
* Ability to present to both small and large group
* Work exposure in MNC
* Strong knowledge in MS office suits
* Certified in Six sigma green belt prefered
