Job Description :

* The incumbent will be responsible for taking

ownership of all reporting of web analytics data

including ongoing dashboards as well as one time

data extraction requests. The reporting would span

across several business functions including Marketing,

Product, and Technology etc.
* Constantly monitor the hygiene of web data and

work in close connection with development and

quality teams (bug cycle, code review etc.) to maintain

it. This would require ensuring the correct

measurement of metrics as well as correct reporting of

it.
* Write code for automation of uploads and

downloads from Omniture. Manage user administration

for Omniture and set up privacy levels for data.
* Research and Development: Get involved in

development of algorithms for various advanced

analytics functions and then independently develop

applications for the same. These projects would need

one to pull data from difference sources and would

need constant efforts for enhancement in accuracy /

optimization of the results.
* The incumbent will also be responsible for

inventory projections, call center projections &

mathematical optimization of online spends

Desired :

* Bachelors’ degree in IT/CS/Engineering from top

engineering colleges of the country
* Min 1 yr of experience working on website

analytics tool
* Experience particularly with Omniture SiteCatalyst

is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Proficient in writing macros and knowledge of

visual basic is a must
* Knowledge of other programming languages is a

plus
* Knowledge of a query language is desirable
* Experience with managing large volumes of data

is an advantage
* Good understanding of graphs, charts and various

other data visualizations
