Education : B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical,

Electronics/Telecomunication

Job Description  :

* Coordinating and follow-up of all engineering

works required for the Excitation projects execution
* Managing resources and competences within his

team.
* Improving permanently the efficiency of the

Engineering team.
* Coordinating the distribution and the execution of

the Engineering activities in India and Abroad.
* Defining and managing processes and tools

improvement actions as per the Quality requirement

policies.
* Ensuring the coherence of the working

methodologies, procedures and tools within the

Engineering organization
* Performance Measurement: On time Delivery of all

the Engineering documents, and Objectives, Targets

and Performance Measurements are defined on a

yearly basis.

Desired :

* B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical /Electrical & Electronics)

M.E/ M.Tech (Power systems/ Power Electronics

/Electrical Machines)
* Worked for Design & manufacturing of Excitation

systems for Generators.
* Exposure to STATIC and BRUSH LESS Excitation

systems.
* Worked on Automation equipments like DCS and

PLC.
* Familiar with Standards like IEEE, IEC and IS –

Having exposure to testing of Alternators, AVR,

Excitation transformer and Different parts of AVR.
