Job Description :

For Technical Lead:

* Develop high level and low level design

specifications and product architecture from product

requirements.
* Lead a team of developers to build software

products and manage the quality of products

developed.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product

ideas.
* Report project status to the higher management.

For Software Developer:

* Develop software as per product requirements and

technical specifications.
* Create and execute unit test plans.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for the

products developed.
* Explore new technologies/tools and apply them to

product development. Also provide inputs for product

ideas.
* Give production support to software products

developed.
