Job Description :

* A process whereby the caller identifies accounts that

needs to be followed up with insurance or patients, after

thorough analysis, and ensuring maximum collections. A

high degree of analytical and communication skills are

expected.
* Ability to analyse AR report
* Prioritizes accounts that need to be followed-up with

the insurance
* Have focus on increasing and meeting the collection

target
* Recording quality notes in the Billing software
* Ability to maintain cordial relationship with

insurance rep
* Have the preseverance of calling every callable

accounts and ensure quality output.
* Have the ability to resolve issues with minimum

touches.

Desired :

* Good verbal and written communication Skills.
* Typing speed a min of 30 wpm.
* Able to build rapport over the phone.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Be a team player with positive approach.
* Should have good knowledge of MS-office
* Capability to handle pressure without losing focus

on quantity or quality.
