Job Description  :

* Download Sales / Stock return / Credit data from

SAP, calculate points based on the scheme and bonus

points – generate points statement and organize

dispatches.
* Download and maintain master data from SAP –

Product Master data, State Master, Field Executive master,

Bonus points master, Customer Master Update, Rewards

types master and Rewards master.
* Maintain data pertaining to Points / Scheme Payouts

/ Rebate working.
* Handle queries from channel members and respond

to them.
* Generating Purchase Requisition in SAP.
* Suppliers payment processing and handling vendor

queries.
* Follow up & receivable Collection.
* Payment vouchers posting to respective account

heads and distribution of signed cheques to concerned

parties and obtain receipts for filing.
* It is an automated system aims at tracking various

activities of Sales Representatives for a particular week.

Punching Sales Reps Report in system in case they send

it by fax.
* Generating final report of each Sales Representative

(on Monday) and send to concerned people for reading.
* Sympact (Industry compilation of sales no.s for next

5 years) preparation and punching in system.
* Close working with Advertising Agencies to deliver

the campaigns on time.
* Close working with printers and dispatch inputs to

SBUs as per agreed plan.
* Data analysis and preparing key business

presentations.
* Artwork management and keeping repository of

Marketing documents.

Desired :

* Graduate
* Well versed MS Office (excel& powepoint )
* Comfortable with English.
* SAP knowledge will be an added advantage, though

not a must.
