Job Description :
Morningstar’s Global Sales Operations department seeks

a Market Research Database Analyst who will be

responsible for data collection and analysis of marketing

data within the company’s customer relationship

management system (CRM). This position will collect,

update, and maintain relevant marketing information

within the company’s CRM system, focusing specifically

on managing data and lists for email marketing.

Additionally this position will assist in sourcing and list

acquisition, list cleansing, and adding data to add

marketing/sales value to the system. Other

responsibilities include updating and maintaining the

database with prospect information gathered from various

sources, managing against record duplication, and

regularly auditing records to identify any data issues,

including missing, outdated, or incorrect information.

Desired :

* strong analytical skills, including the ability to

consistently collect data, ensure data quality, analyze

data.
* MS Excel skills are required, and prior experience

with CRMs or databases will be considered a plus.
* Good Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting fundamentals

is required
* Awareness and interest in the financial service

industry
* Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree

in accounting, finance, marketing, or the social sciences

and exhibit an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter

approach to their work.
