Job Location: Delhi/NCR

Job description: The incumbent would be responsible for:

* Recruitments across middle and senior level

mandate of various functions/Skill sets.
* Sourcing and screening candidates through various

channels – online, headhunting, mapping and referencing.
* The incumbent should be conducting prelim

telephonic and personal interviews.
* Analyzing and managing client’s requirements by

way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.
* Should have done client interaction by distant

conversations or interpersonal meetings.
* Should be target oriented.
* The candidate would be required to facilitating

candidate interviews with the clients.
* Should be adept in negotiating compensation

packages, reference checking and handholding the

candidates till joining
* The candidate must emphasize on database

building, creating and maintaining required and relevant

and error free MIS.

Desired :

* The incumbent should have excellent communication

skills.
* Should have atleast 1-2 years of recruiting

experience in BFSI.
* Should have sound knowledge of working on

portals.
* Should be well versed with Ms. Office.
