* Implementing engagement activities on time bound

basis
* Experience in creating/writing daily/ weekly /

Monthly column publications
* Problem solving ability and good in employee

suggestion systems
* Good in designing, Employee information system,

Engagement Question Systems,
* Periodical Engagement Survey and Analysis
* Good in Reporting
* Preferably female candidates
* Overall, with high interpersonal skill

Desired :

* Good Communication skill with ability in public /

mass addressing
* Hands on working knowledge in Employee Relation

* Should have exposure in IT / ITES environments
