Job Title : Executive – IT

Experience : 1 – 2 Years

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

* Maintain server’s uptime 24 X 7 as per the company

policy and strategies.
* Assist in sizing the server specifications for the new

projects.
* Backup/recovery strategies, fault management,

security control on data etc.
* Backup of all servers’ data.
* Operating system services tuning, LAN/WAN

monitoring and reporting appropriate diagnostics and

corrective services.
* Maintain and enhance operating systems software,

network software, and utility software, provide assistance

unusual systems failure occurs.
* Responsible for planning, implementing and

maintaining data and voice networks.
* On site troubleshooting services, periodic

maintenance or major changes to existing network.
* Performance tuning services on LAN/WAN,

monitoring and reporting appropriate diagnostics and

corrective services
* Network assessment to identify bottlenecks or any

other problem with existing network.
* Comprehensive documentation of routine and

periodic activities, maintain daily activity logs.
* Maintaining the mail server. Create / delete users.

Desired :
BE , BSC – IT with 2-4 years experience from Hotel

Industry , Retail, Entertainment , media Industry. Should

have Shaw man software handling experience, good

communication , good knowledge of handling system

administration issues for multi locations
